Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is shipped.

We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

• Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
• International Shipping: Delivery times vary based on destination, typically 7-21 business days

Please note that delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing times for international orders.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight, dimensions, and shipping destination. 

Free Shipping:
We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $100 (before taxes and discounts).

If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us within7 daysof the expected delivery date or receipt. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you’re taken care of.

Orders can only be modified or canceled within24 hoursof placement. After this time, we may not be able to accommodate changes as the order may already be in process.

Timeframe:  Items can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Exceptions: Final sale items, gift cards, and customized products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Submit a Request: Email us at returns@relque.com with your order number, item details, and reason for the return.

Receive Approval: Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization and instructions within 2-3 business days.

Ship It Back: Pack the item securely, include your proof of purchase, and use the provided return label (if applicable).

Domestic Returns: We provide a prepaid return shipping label for eligible returns. A flat fee of $7.99 will be deducted from your refund.

International Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 

If the return is due to a damaged or defective item, we’ll cover the shipping fees.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Love it but need a different size or color? We offer exchanges for eligible items, subject to availability. Follow the return process above, and let us know your preference.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details. We’ll make it right, whether that means a replacement, repair, or refund.
