Refund policy

Please review these Terms of Sale carefully as these terms govern your purchase of the products in your order (the “Products”) from Relque and affiliates (collectively “Relque”) and set out your rights and obligations with respect to your purchases and exchange, warranty, repair or return services (“Services”). These are the Terms of Sale under which we are willing to provide you with the Products and Services. By purchasing or receiving Products or Services from Relque, you agree to these terms.

Accounts
An account is not required to shop or purchase products, but it may make online shopping more convenient. In creating an account, you agree to provide us with accurate information and agree to the terms outlined in our Privacy Policy. You may be asked to confirm certain details, such as your email address, are correct and accurate, for example, when creating an account and changing billing or shipping information. We will use the information in your account to contact you. You may be required to create an account and register your information with Relque for returns, warranty requests, and/or repair services. We may delete, suspend, or flag your account and your information if we suspect that your account is a security concern, associated with fraud, theft, or being used for any illegal activity. We may use and report the information in your account to investigate whether or not you violated a law or regulation.

Orders
To place an order, you must be of legal age in your country. You agree not to use the Products for any illegal, unlawful, or fraudulent purpose. You agree that the Products purchased are for your personal use, and you are not a reseller. In placing an order, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

Canceled and Rejected Orders
All orders for Products and services are subject to availability. We explicitly reserve the right to cancel or not to accept your order for any reason, or no reason at all, in our sole and complete discretion. We also reserve the right to cancel pre-orders or placed without liability for any damages or costs other than the return of any payments we actually received. We will cancel orders if any of the following occurs: the requested product is out of stock, your information is not correct or verifiable, or your information is flagged or associated with fraud or a security concern, your payment method failed, or a chargeback was requested, if you are a reseller, if there was an error in the price displayed on our website, if we cannot deliver the product to you, or if you have violated any these Terms of Sale.

Payments
Payment must be received before we fulfill the order for the Product. You agree to inform us of any dispute regarding payments and provide us the opportunity to investigate and issue a response before requesting any chargeback or refund. You will be responsible for any costs associated with a chargeback or a dispute if one arises.

Prices
Prices are quoted in the currency stated, and if no currency is stated, then in U.S. dollars. You may be charged more if you attempt to pay in another currency or your payment method is based on another currency due to exchange rates and processing fees. The prices do not include any sales or value-added taxes. All applicable taxes, including sales tax, will be added to the prices before checkout and charged against your payment method. Any applicable taxes will be based on the delivery address associated with the order. You are responsible for all applicable sales taxes, and Reque reserves the right to collect any tax Relque believes it is obligated to collect.

Price Adjustments
At this time, we are not honoring any price adjustments.

Product Variations
Products purchased and delivered may be subject to minor differences in color from what appears on the website, resulting from display technologies or other technical reasons. We are not liable for such variations or deviations.

Washing and Care
Please review all washing and maintenance instructions on the labels of the Products. We are not liable for discolorations or damage caused by not following the care instructions.

Liability, Damages, and Warranties
Relque’s maximum liability under these Terms of Sale is limited to the lesser of the declared value of the shipment or the actual cost of repair or replacement. Relques is not liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, or punitive damages arising out of the Product or Services provided to you. Relque disclaims all applicable warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose.

Applicable Law
These Terms of Sale are governed solely by the laws of the State of California. All actions and lawsuits regarding these Terms of Sale must be filed with the courts within Santa Clara County, California.

Entire Agreement
These Terms of Sale constitute the entire agreement between Relque and you regarding the Products and Services. These Terms of Sale supersede any prior agreement, in any form, written or oral. Relue, solely, may amend these Terms of Sale, and any such amendments will be effective immediately upon posting on Relque’s website or by formal notification from Relque.

Return Policy
At Relque, we want you to feel confident about your gear. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please review our return policy to ensure a smooth process.

Eligibility for Returns
Timeframe: Items can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Exceptions: Final sale items, gift cards, and customized products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Initiate a Return
Submit a Request: Email us at returns@relque.com with your order number, item details, and reason for the return. Receive Approval: Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization and instructions within 2-3 business days. Ship It Back: Pack the item securely, include your proof of purchase, and use the provided return label (if applicable).

Return Shipping Costs
Returns: We provide a prepaid return shipping label for eligible returns. We currently do not support returns from international destinations as we do not ship overseas. If the return is due to a damaged or defective item, we’ll cover the shipping fees.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item(s). If the product is returned due to a defect, Relque will cover the shipping costs. For all other return instances, customer will be charged for shipping fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable for Exchanges.

Exchanges
Love it but need a different size or color? We offer exchanges for eligible items, subject to availability. Follow the return process above, and let us know your preference. Please ensure the following. Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

You must follow the return/exchange policy, outlined steps, and any instructions Relque provides. If you do not, if we do not receive your return, or if your return is damaged, worn, or used, we reserve the right to retain any payments, not refund you, and keep or destroy any Products or merchandise you sent us.
